One Room Interior Redesign:
$300-$500 For about the cost of one upholstered chair, let me rearrange your existing furniture, lighting and accessories, giving your entire room a style that reflects your taste, passions, family and/or travels. The room will flow and reveal a designer's touch with your personal style in mind. The redesign will begin with a minimum half hour consultation to discuss your needs for the room and set a date for the redesign.
A $75 consultation fee will be applied to the cost of the redesign.
Design and Color Consulting:
$75 per hour, 1 hour minimum. There are so many choices to make when remodeling; kitchens, bath fixtures, paint colors, furniture placement, and the list goes on! Let me assist you in sorting through the choices. With attention to detail, I can help you navigate through countless design choices to coordinate your needs throughout your home or office.
Real Estate Staging:
$150 "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", it is said. With my comprehensive evaluation and thorough checklist, I can assist your efforts to put your home in its' best possible condition for selling. A written report will be given at the end of this consultation.
Hands-on Staging:
$100 per hour, 1 hour minimum. After the initial evaluation, if you'd like to enlist my hands-on services to rearrange your furnishings and accessories to show off your home's best assets, we'll set up a day to do just that! The average home should take approximately 8 hours.
Downsizing Services:
$75 per hour, 1 hour minimum. Let me evaluate your furnishings and/or preview the floor plans of your new home. Together we can come up with a comprehensive plan of what to keep and where the pieces will perform best in your new space.
Move-In Blitz:
$800-$1000 for an 8 hour day. Don't know where to begin with all the moving boxes and furniture out of place? With 28 moves under my belt, getting settled is my specialty. I will come into your new space and set up the rooms to get you up and functioning in record time.
A $100 consultation fee will be applied to the cost of the Move In.
Personal Shopping:
$50 per hour, 1 hour minimum. With you or for you - if you're looking for something special for your home or office, I can help select that accessory or furnishing that's just right!
